Body of young man found in Scots flat as police launch probe

A police presence is still in the area as officers continue their investigation into the grim find.Police say the death is unexplained but that there are no suspicious circumstances.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Around 6.20 pm on Friday, 8 January, 2021, the body of a 24-year-old man was found within a flat in Union Street, Montrose."Police are treating his death which at this time police are treating as unexplained but not suspicious."A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.".
