Grace Adams-Short has opened up about married life in lockdown with husband Mikey Dalton. The happy couple met during series seven of Big Brother in 2006 and instantly fell in love.

Now 14 years after they appeared alongside one another on the Channel 4 show, the pair are still happily married and have welcomed three children together.

Grace, 34, is still completely head over heels for Mickey, 37, and after E4 shared some of the best bits from her series, she took to Instagram to share some insight into the best decision she ever made.

The proud mother-of-three gave thanks to fans who messaged her after watching the Best Episodes Ever show fronted by Davina McCall and Rylan Clark-Neal.
