The latest visual album from music superstar Beyonce is almost upon us. Following on from her 2016 visual album Lemonade, Beyonce will bring us a re-visioning of her 2019 Disney film, the live-action remake of The Lion King.
Black Is King will premiere on streaming service Disney+ and comes from a group of directors: Emmanuel Adjei, Blitz Bazawule, Ibra Ake, Jenn Nkiru, Jake Nava, Pierre Debusschere, Dikayl Rimmasch, and - of course - Beyonce herself.
Songs included on the album include My Power, Mood 4 Eva, Brown Skin Girl, and her recent single Black Parade, which she released for the American holiday Juneteenth on June 19 to commemorate the end of slavery in the US.
