Barcelona ripped Chelsea apart to secure the Women's Champions League title in a stunning 4-0 victory. The win comes just one week since the Spanish club claimed the Primera Division trophy with eight games left to play.

Chelsea were stunned in the first 30 seconds as they scored an own goal through Melanie Leupolz after pressure from Barca. Pernille Harder showed some promise and almost equalised two minutes later but keeper Sandra Panos saved well.

It went from bad to worse for the Blues as Barca were awarded a penalty and Alexia Putellas converted from the spot. The Spanish giants then completely dominated Chelsea's midfield as they found heaps of space to score their third through Aitana Bonmati.
