Manchester United are prepared to use David De Gea as a makeweight in a deal for Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak.The Red Devils are ready to let the Spanish stopper return to his boyhood club if Oblak is allowed to come the other way, according to reports in The Sun.
De Gea, 30, is one of United’s longest serving players but has found game time harder to come by this season amid competition from Dean Henderson.The two men both represent high class options between the sticks, but some of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s closest advisors have been pushing for the Norwegian to take a look at Oblak, who has just won the La Liga title.
