A scaffolder by trade, Mabley has left his expecting partner in a desperate predicament, Birmingham Crown Court heard. A judge refused to take any pity on 31-year-old Mabley and imposed on him a 15-month jail sentence which began on May 24, according to Birmingham Live.Mabley had admitted possession of class B drugs with an intent to supply as well as obtainment of criminal property.Police stopped him in Solihull on April 9 last year while officers enquired about a damaged car.
