Aussie shopper shares cheap meat buying hack and it's going viral

The nifty trick has now been used by fellow shoppers around the country! Feeding a family can get expensice, whether you're buying your meat and veggies from the supermarket or a local deli.

But one mum has shared the ultimate hack she used in a bid to score a kilo of lamb for an impressive $5. Taking to the Facebook page Budget Friendly Meals Australia, shopper Beck Howison shared a number of photos showing 'lamb offcuts' priced at $4.22 a kilo, which she picked up at Woolworths Eastgardens in Sydney's south-east.
