Arsenal reportedly won't sign Dani Ceballos when his loan spell from Real Madrid ends - as the midfielder has not done enough to impress manager Mikel Arteta.

And Ceballos is open to joining another Premier League club, with the 23-year-old not keen to return to the Bernabeu as he is not believed to be part of Zinedine Zidane's plans.

Ceballos scored the injury-time winner in Arsenal's FA Cup victory over Sheffield United on Sunday, and the Gunners agreed a deal with Madrid to extend his loan to the end of the season.

But his future beyond that is uncertain, following a stop-start campaign since he was signed by Arteta's predecessor Unai Emery as a replacement for Aaron Ramsey last summer.
