Mikel Arteta's side led the behind closed doors match 1-0 at the break through a goal from Joe Willock, but the west Londoners struck three times in the second period to surprise their hosts.
Alexandre Lacazette found the net for the Gunners in that second 45 minutes, but the Championship promotion hopefuls won the game thanks to goals from Tariqe Fosu, Halil Dervisoglu and Shandon Baptiste.
Arsenal released images of their players warming up in Black Lives Matter t-shirts before the match, with the squad also taking a knee as they lined up on the halfway line.
