Arsenal could sign Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana in a cut-price deal this summer following a tricky season for German stopper Bernd Leno under Mikel Arteta.
The 25-year-old and Ajax opted to appeal against the ruling of international sports tribunal CAS, with the current period keeping him out of action till February.The Cameroon international was adjudged to have tested positive for Furosemide, and he has since insisted that it was taken accidentally through his wife's medication.
Despite his current side playing a part in his quest to end the ban early, they might not be seeing him on the pitch again with Premier League interest coming from the Gunners.
