The Gabon international has just one year remaining on his current deal and until recently had given no indication that he wanted to remain at the Emirates.But a few recent hints have got fans excited that he is ready to commit his future to the Gunners past next summer.
And according to the Daily Mail , the forward has now verbally agreed to sign a new three-year deal worth upwards of £250,000-per-week.
That would put him only behind Mesut Ozil in the pecking order at the club, with the German into his final year on his £350,000-per-week deal.
