Sixth form and college leavers found out their final grades on Thursday, after sitting no exams due to the coronavirus pandemic.Their results were based on predicted outcomes or, in a last minute change from the government, their mock results could be used instead.
But the Greater Manchester Mayor said the process used to calculate students' grades was 'unfair' and that he is 'considering all options to challenge' it, including a legal challenge.
