The Pub Landlord funnyman, 52, appeared on the daytime show in a bid to urge viewers to donate how much it would cost for a round of drinks to the cancer charity DKMS and also to help boost their stem cell register.Al's nephew, Finley Relf, tragically has a rare and aggressive form of leukaemia and his only hope of surviving is if he can have a bone marrow transplant if they can find a match for him.Finley is Al's nephew through marriage, with his partner Eleanor Relf being the sister of Finley's dad.Speaking to Lorraine, Al said: "He’s an incredibly brave little lad."I can’t tell you he’s well, he’s very, very ill, but he’s hanging in there."They load him.
