ADAM Thomas has revealed the moment he bravely battled through a terrifying thunderstorm during his 370-mile row for ITV's Don't Rock The Boat.
The former Emmerdale actor refused to give up as he pushed through the pain of having his hands "torn to bits with blisters".
Speaking exclusively to The Sun at the launch of George Disney range, Adam lifted the lid on his gruelling experience as one of 12 celebrities rowing from Cornwall to Scotland in the ultimate reality TV challenge.
He said: "After a week of training everyone wanted to walk because it was so difficult. "We were rowing constantly for 36-hour rows - two hours on and two hours off.
