Countryfile host Adam Henson, 54, who first joined the hit BBC show 19 years ago, has spoken out about his new exciting venture away from his presenting and farming duties.The farmer confessed he "jumped at the chance" when the opportunity came up, saying he is "very passionate" about educating people.Adam will be releasing a new children's book titled A Year on Adam's Farm, for all "budding farmers and animal-lovers".The book is for both for entertainment and educational purposes, and a "fascinating" non-fiction read for families.Adam revealed why he had his eyes set on writing a children's book for next Spring."So I'm very passionate about educating people about where their food comes from," he began.READ MORE: Matt Baker’s Countryfile.
