The mum-of-four, and grandmother of two, takes pride in being the “healthiest” she can and keeping her figure trim and toned.
Gina, who also runs and health and fitness Instagram page, @ginastewarthealth, recently shared one of her favourite exercises for staying young.
Posting a cheeky photo of herself in a black Reebok top – and nothing else – the gran wrote about “rebounding” and its health benefits.Gina posted an introduction to the sport alongside the sexy photo which revealed her breasts without a sports bra.She said: “Rebounding is a perfect aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline.“Jumps can be fast or slow, and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping.“Rebounding can help work the muscles in the legs, increase your endurance, and strengthen your bones, among a number of other benefits.“This type of exercise is gaining popularity because it’s gentle on the joints but allows you to work your cardiovascular system without taxing the body.”She added: “I rebound 20 minutes a day for amazing health benefits.
