A female driver who tried to escape from police after being caught drink driving has been arrested. The woman crashed her Mini on the M60 slip road at Carrington and then gave a road side breathalyser sample of 113 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, with the legal limit being 35.
The suspect then attempted to escape from officers but was arrested and taken into custody.
