Prestwich. Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision involving two cars on Bury Old Road at around 9.40pm on Tuesday (August 18).The vehicles are believed to have collided near the junction with Scholes Lane and Sheepfoot Lane.
The North West Ambulance Service confirmed that two people were injured in the smash. A woman, aged in her 20s, was taken to hospital with injuries 'not believed to be serious'.A man was also hurt in the incident but his injuries were minor.Pictures taken at the scene show a black BMW on its roof in the middle of the road.Another car was left completely smashed up at the front.A spokesperson from NWAS said: "We were called to Bury Old Road in Prestwich at around 9.40pm."It was in response to a road.
