The band are Glasto veterans, having performed a staggering six times, with Chris showing his face last year as well to take part in Stormzy's legendary headlining set.
But certain mean-spirited comments hit Chris hard, and have since made him think twice about the band's future at the festival.
This means Chris, Will Champion, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Phil Harvey might not be taking to the stage for some time.
