Brighton have confirmed their Premier League game with Arsenal will go ahead on Saturday despite the Gunners’ match with Manchester City tonight being postponed.
Arsenal players and staff came into contact with Olympiakos chief Evangelos Marinakis on February 27. But as that meet came 13 days ago, the recommended period of self-isolation lasting 14 days means they have been given the go ahead to face Brighton at the Amex Stadium this Saturday (3pm).
Arsenal have confirmed none of their staff or players are showing any symptoms of the virus. And a statement from the Gunners read: “The medical advice we have received puts the risk of them developing Covid-19 at extremely low. “However, we are strictly following the government guidelines
