PALM SPRINGS — White Party Palm Springs has been postponed to April 2021. The nation’s largest circuit party, which organizers have said draws more than 25,000 attendees to the desert city, was forced to reschedule early this year to October due to COVID-19.
That event was billed as a Halloween festival. Advertisement Gov. Gavin Newsom, however, has not yet lifted the ban on large gatherings of 250 people or more, and it was inevitable that White Party Palm Springs would be posted again, which founder Jeffrey Sanker said on his website.
Neither the governor nor local health and city officials have indicated when large gatherings will resume, though officials have said it’s more than likely that the ban will not be lifted until 2021.
