Health Secretary Matt Hancock yesterday announced that the whole of London will face the toughest coronavirus measures from Wednesday at 12am, along with areas in Essex and Hertfordshire.
The pub chain is offering the discount booze from now until 10pm this evening, December 15. Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon said: "We would have to throw any unsold real ale away in those pubs moving to Tier 3.
