Wowing her 28.6million Instagram fans, the mother-of-four turned backstage into her own personal catwalk at London Fashion Week.
Posh Spice, 46, dared to show off in the dangerously low-cut dress which was embellished with intricate lace to protect her modesty.
Her flamboyant design had pleats at the waist and a long-flowing skirt design. She wrote: "Post-show and straight into collections fittings." All her modelling shots were captured in the mirror on her own iPhone which is kept in her personal VB case.
