We've all eaten enough banana breads to last us a lifetime during the pandemic, but one person who is putting us to shame is Vas J Morgan, who has embarked on a fitness journey.The television personality, who previously opened up about his desire to have children, has been doing Amber Gill's fitness plan Amber FLEXX and recently showed off his incredible transformation on social media.

Speaking exclusively to OK! Online, Vas opened up about why he decided to start working on himself physically and how it's changed him for the better.The 32 year old said: "I'm feeling happy and healthy, and feeling a lot better within myself.
