Met Office has issued an amber weather warning for heavy floods due to downpours set to batter parts of the UK.The warning, which is in place for 15 hours - from 9am on Friday until midnight - may also cause major disruption and cancellations to train and buses.It covers the area of south Wales, including northern Cardiff, Bridgend and all of Merthyr Tydfil.
