Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. For her first leading role in the 1997 Selena biopic of the same name, Lopez received a Golden Globe nomination and became the first Latin actress to earn over US$1 million for a film. She went on to star in Anaconda (1997) and Out of Sight (1998), later establishing herself as the highest-paid Latin actress in Hollywood.

UK coronavirus cases up by almost 3,000 in a day in biggest jump since May

mirror.co.ukThe UK recorded nearly 3,000 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the highest increase in more than three months. The 2,988 new coronavirus cases is up from the 1,813 infections announced yesterday, marking the biggest single-day jump since May 23.
Despite this, the UK's official coronavirus death toll has only increased by two, bringing the total death count to 41,551. However, the number of Covid-19 deaths in the country's hospitals increased by three in the last 24 hours.
It is the third straight Sunday with three hospital deaths. All three fatalities were reported by NHS England as ministers remain concerned about a number of 'hotspots' in northern towns where cases continue to rise.
