More than two million people remain out of pocket on flights that were cancelled in the past year due to coronavirus restrictions.
The majority were hit by circumstances which legally meant they could not travel to their destination, a Which? report said.
In many cases, claims are ongoing with travel restrictions still in place, meaning people cannot amend their booking date. Those who do could be asked to stay in a quarantine hotel if their trip is reinstated.
The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office is also still advising against non-essential travel. Ryanair customer Gary Scrupps, 63, remains £441 out of pocket by the budget airline. Have you been left out of pocket by an airline?
