Tributes have poured in for "true Diamond" Jim Frame after the former Airdrieonians kitman passed away following a long illness, aged 73. 'Framey' spent almost two decades with his beloved Diamonds, performing a host of duties for the club since his arrival in 2002.But he will be fondly remembered for his role in the dressing room as kitman for the first team and reserves.
The much-loved figure passed away yesterday, the club announced in a statement this afternoon and Diamonds director of football Stuart Millar told Lanarkshire Live Sport that Jim's contribution will never be forgotton.
