Covid-19 outbreak, tragically died after jumping from a bridge just half-an-hour after being discharged from hospital. 23-year-old Emily Miller struggled with a number of serious long-standing mental health issues, including psychosis, which made her become "fixated" on coronavirus and believe that her own blood could cure the illness.

The postgraduate student, who studied at the University of York, had been sectioned several times between March 2019 and October 2020 due to ongoing psychological problems, including an emotionally unstable personality disorder, depression and anxiety.
