In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

The reality beauty has since transformed her appearance and focused on getting fit. In July Amber revealed her impressive body transformation after shedding 1st 5lb in lockdown.
She displayed her slimmed-down figure in a series of before and after snaps on Instagram. Amber said she'd been "very unhappy" with her physique and lost the weight by doing full-body workouts at home using 4kg.
