The Tony Awards are the latest industry event to be postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. The American Theatre Wing confirmed Wednesday that the 74th annual awards ceremony that had been set for June 7 at Radio City Music Hall will be rescheduled once Broadway is back in business.
The Tonys air live on CBS. “The health and safety of the Broadway community, artists and fans is of the utmost importance to us,” the organization said in a statement.
