A Tipping Point contestant has left viewers across Scotland speechless - for all the wrong reasons.Lorraine made an unforgivable blunder during the quiz show which left Scots in disbelief on Tuesday evening, reports Edinburgh Live.
Ben Shephard, the host of the show, asked contestants in which Scottish city you would find the famous Sauchiehall Street?"Fans of the show north of the border sunk back into their chairs, confident that Lorraine had this answer in the bag.
However, she quickly replied: "Edinburgh."This was, of course, the incorrect answer as Ben informed Lorraine the correct city was Glasgow.
Sauchiehall Street is one of the main shopping streets in the city centre, is over 1.5 miles in length - and is definitely not in the capital.Viewers in both of Scotland's biggest cities were been left baffled by what we thought would have been an easy question.
