Timo Werner's arrival could spell the end for Tammy Abraham at Chelsea. Abraham has worked tirelessly for his opportunity at Stamford Bridge, gaining first-team experience on several loan spells before finally making his breakthrough this season.
Frank Lampard was the first manager to give the 22-year-old a real chance in the side, and his faith has been repaid by Abraham, who has scored 15 times in 34 appearances this season.
