Real Madrid are reportedly ready to once again attempt to prise N'Golo Kante away from Chelsea and could offer up to £71m for the Frenchman.
The Spanish giants are looking to strengthen in the centre of the park this summer and have long been interested in Kante, attempting to sign the midfielder while he was at Leicester.
Spanish publication AS are reporting that Real's chances of bringing Kante to the Bernabeu may be boosted by Chelsea's own spending spree.
The Blues have already confirmed that Hakim Ziyech will join from Ajax for a fee of around €40m (£36m) and they are said to have agreed a deal in principle to sign Timo Werner, after meeting his £53m release clause.Manager Frank Lampard is also hoping to bring Ben Chilwell to Stamford.
