Valencia are reportedly lining up an audacious attempt to prise Kepa Arrizabalaga from Chelsea on loan. The Spanish goalkeeper cost The Blues £71million just two seasons ago, but has not impressed boss Frank Lampard this season.
Lampard even dropped his no.1 earlier in the campaign in favour of 38-year-old Willy Caballero due to Arrizabalaga's level of performances.
Marca report that Arrizabalaga could now be poised to leave the club as Valencia are set to enquire about the possibility of a two-year loan deal.
Chelsea would demand a substantial loan fee in exchange, while Valencia would also be required to pay the majority if not all of Arrizabalaga's mammoth wages.
