blade thug who tried to rob a teenager while high on drugs has been jailed for more than two years for the offence.Dean Kerr was under the influence of Valium when he approached the youngster and his pal while armed with a silver flick knife.The pals has spotted Kerr, 26, shouting and bawling in the street in Paisley, Renfrewshire, on June 26 this year.Procurator Fiscal Depute David McDonald told Paisley Sheriff Court: "At 6.30pm, two teenage witnesses were walking in Causeyside Street, Paisley, when they observed Dean Kerr."Kerr was standing in the middle of the road and was shouting at members of the public."The accused then walked towards the witnesses."One of the witnesses saw Kerr conceal a silver flick knife in his left tracksuit.
