Three-ingredient creme brulee with perfect crunchy top takes TikTok by storm

The hack demonstrated by TikTok user @shefshaq is simple to copy and he says you don't even need a fancy blowtorch to set the carmelised sugar on top.
Shaq says: "Vanilla ice cream contains everything a creme brulee needs: cream, salt, sugar, and eggs." The ingredients to make a two-person portion are: one cup of vanilla ice cream (about 200ml) two eggs yolks, and two tablespoons of sugar.
In the clip, Shaq starts by melting real vanilla ice cream in the microwave and then gives it a brisk whisk for a few seconds before tipping in two egg yolks using the palm of his hand.
