A pair of local lads are hoping to bring their own style of 'high-end' Italian dining to Bolton. Nathan and Paul Aspin grew up just minutes away from the location of their new restaurant Rosa, just off the Chequerbent Roundabout in Westhoughton .
The duo have spent more than a decade organising parties and events but now they have decided to focus on doing something in their hometown.
Paul, 36, is the man behind Bury's Propaganda - the popular American inspired bar and restaurant that recently moved to Silver Street. "We've been doing events and parties for nearly 15 years and with that there's not a lot of security, you're always looking at what will be the next job," he said. "But with Rosa we're hoping to do something more permanent."
