Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. The Weeknd has announced that he is donating $1 million to hunger relief in Ethiopia. The money will provide two million meals to those in need of food aid amid the ongoing conflict between the government and the Tigray region. "My heart breaks for my people of Ethiopia as innocent civilians ranging from small children to the elderly are being senselessly murdered and entire villages are being displaced out of fear and destruction," he wrote on Instagram on Sunday (April 4).
The Weeknd added, "I will be donating $1 million to provide 2 million meals through the United Nations World Food Program and encourage those who can to please give as well." The crisis in the Tigray region has brought on thousands of deaths, and millions of people have.
