mirror.co.ukNew horror film The Platform has left its Netflix viewers with a lot of food for thought. The Spanish thriller from director Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia is set inside The Hole, a vertical-shaped prison that houses a large number of inmates.
However, not everyone inside is treated as fairly as they should be, as those in the higher levels of the structure take advantage of the food lowered down to them.
This leaves those at the bottom of The Hole struggling without the resources those above them get. Events increasingly begin to spiral out of control, leaving viewers wondering just exactly the chaos will conclude.
