The Health Secretary also detailed the four things that will need to be met in order for the toughest restrictions, due to rising coronavirus rates, to be lifted in England.
They are that there is no new Covid variant causing difficulties, the vaccination programme is working, the number of hospitalisations are coming down and the number of deaths are coming down.Suggesting a route out of the current lockdown, which the Prime Minister suggested.
