Father of the Bride are in for a treat as Netflix has confirmed the comedy is getting its own reunion. The original movie was released in cinemas in 1991, starring Steve Martin as George Banks, the dad of bride Annie, (played by Kimberly Williams-Paisley) who struggles to let his little girl go.

According to a short teaser video posted y the streaming service, the reunion which will be recorded in the form of a video call.
