The 27-year-old denies any accusations of bribery and that he ever said "do you know who I am?", as claimed by prosecutors in his trial.
It is claimed he and Daisy both sustained injuries that, if evidenced in appeal, sources say would prove his innocence. Maguire was part of four couples who went out together on the Greek island of Mykonos last Thursday night and were involved in a disturbance with some men of Albanian appearance.
