The fourth season of The Crown has arrived with events moving steadily from 1979 into the 1980s. The Netflix drama will see many from the cast of the third season return, including Oscar winner Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth II, who finds herself clashing with her new prime minister, Margaret Thatcher (Gillian Anderson).
Elsewhere, heir to the throne Prince Charles, played by a returning Josh O'Connor, decides to finally settle down and chooses the sweet but vulnerable Lady Diana Spencer, played by newcomer Emma Corrin.
