The Chase fans were left playing detective during Thursday's episode of the iconic ITV quiz show, as they spotted a vital clue as to why one repeat was selected.The programme has been airing repeat episodes during a filming break for the regular series.But this one seemed to have a rather patriotic reason behind its selection, as it featured a football related question ahead of England's Euros final on Sunday against Italy.Host Bradley quizzed contestant Christine about the song Three Lions, penned by David Baddiel, Frank Skinner and The Lightning Seeds, asking: "Which football player is the first mentioned in the song 'Three Lions' for his missed penalty against Germany in 1996?"The answer was, of course, current England manager Gareth.
