Jeff Bridges has announced he has been diagnosed with lymphoma and has began treatment against the "serious disease". The 70-year-old Hollywood actor who has starred in films including The Big Lebowski, Crazy Heart and True Grit said he was starting treatment and promised to keep fans updated.
He said the prognosis is currently "good" and that he is "profoundly grateful" for the support he has received so far. Announcing the diagnosis on social media, Oscar-winner Jeff referenced one of his most famous characters and said: "As the Dude would say..
