The Apprentice favourite Thomas Skinner has revealed he told a producer from the show to "f*ck off" after they rang him to tell him he had a place on the show - because he thought it was a prank callIn a Daily Star Facebook Live the Essex-native, who was popular with viewers for his witty banter and one-liners, opened up to reporter Carly Hacon about appearing on the show in 2019.Thomas, who now runs a mattress company, has shared how he thought one of his pals was winding him up after a producer said he had impressed during an audition and they wanted him on the show.

When asked if he accidentally told a producer to accidentally f*** off, he said: "I thought it was a wind up. I never thought in a million years they'd picked me.

I thought why would they pick me. I thought it was one of my mates having a giggle. So I've gone shut up, boom, put the phone down.

And they rung me straight back and no no really, you've actually made the show. I said 'really?'He also paid tribute to all the staff on the show for making it a great experience for him.He said: "Every single person who's involved in that shows - the producers, the runners, everyone start to finish was so fantastic and they made it such a great experience for me.
