Teenagers preyed on during 'terrifying' mugging in Glasgow as police appeal to trace suspects

Glasgow.Police Scotland are appealing for information following the incident in the Tollcross area on Friday night.The victims, aged 17 and 19, were walking along Glenshee Street when they were approached by the thugs at around 6.20pm.The suspects demanded they hand over their belongings, grabbed a mobile phone and fled the scene.The 19-year-old was punched during the incident but didn’t require medical treatment.The first suspect is described as white, around 6ft tall, average build, in his late 30s, with a bald head.

He was wearing a blue fleece, blue denims and a blue coloured body warmer.The second suspect was white, under 6ft tall, late teens, and wearing black coloured clothing and a black face mask.Detective Constable Mark Milroy.
