A teenage boy has been charged with murder in connection with an incident in Wigan last week. Police were called to Samuel Street in Atherton at around 6pm on Friday (November 17) to reports of an unconscious man at a property.

He has been remanded in custody, and is set to appear at Manchester Youth Court tomorrow (Wednesday, November 22). Detectives are still appealing for information in connection with the death.
