Both former soap stars have made regular appearances on the Channel 4 show which is set to air for the last time on Friday (December 8).
Gemma's last appearance on the show came after the birth of her second child, her son Thiago, as she spoke about how her plans for a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean section) didn't quite go ahead after she ended up having to make the late decision to have a C-section following an emergency procedure with the birth of her first child, Mia, in 2019.
Ryan, meanwhile, made his way to Leeds from his new family home in Manchester, after relocating back to his home city, on Thursday (December 7) to appear on the show, hosted by Steph McGovern, for the final time.
